David Rodway is a lifelong Mainer who has proudly called the Rangeley region home since 2000. Together with his wife of 36 years, he raised their three children in the Rangeley community and has built deep personal and professional roots throughout the area.

An avid outdoorsman, David has spent more than 26 years hunting and fishing across the Rangeley Lakes Region, giving him firsthand knowledge of the land, waters, and unique lifestyle that make Western Maine such a special place to live and own property. He currently owns a home on Toothaker Island in Rangeley Lake, further strengthening his connection to the local waterfront market and seasonal living.

David has long been active in the community. He spent many years as a snowboard instructor at Saddleback Mountain while raising his family, and has been involved in coaching soccer in the Rangeley community for the past 26 years. He currently serves as the boys middle school soccer coach at the Rangeley Lakes Regional School.

With a real estate career spanning more than 40 years, David brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, development, and negotiation. Since 1985, he has held real estate licenses in both Maine and South Carolina at various stages throughout his career. In addition to working as a broker, he has personally developed, bought, sold, and managed a wide range of residential and commercial properties. His development experience includes projects such as Lodges Condos, Rangeley Lake Resort, and the Village Woods land subdivision.

David’s combination of local knowledge, real-world development experience, and decades of real estate expertise allows him to provide clients with practical insight, honest guidance, and a strong understanding of the Rangeley market.
